I understand D-Sola school is not clinical therapy and I commit to seeking clinical therapy outside D-Sola school if needed.
I will respect and support all participants by creating a non-judgmental, validating environments for people of all cultures, sub-cultures, sexual orientations, racial backgrounds, gender identities, ethnicities and ability levels. I understand that harmful expressions towards others will result in being removed from the school without refund.
I agree to not engage in life threatening expressions towards myself and others in all D-Sola environments. I understand this is not a clinical therapy environments and (if in the U.S.) will call or text 988 for help that involves life threatening struggles. I understand violating this agreement may result in being removed from D-Sola school without refund.
I agree to respect D-Sola school learning environments by participating with a willingness to learn, I will keep my expressions centered on skillful learning and I commit to not engaging in ruminative unhelpful venting and/or sharing about potentially contagious behaviors (life-threatening actions, non-suicidal self injury actions, mental health hospitalizations, abusing substances, disordered eating/addictive exercise/body image obsessions, etc.).
I commit to respect and validate myself and others - including my teachers, while being willing to be guided on how to increase non-judgmental skills in my thoughts and expressions.
I commit to not promoting my own or others works in this educational environment that is focused on D-Sola school teachings.
I am committed to engaging in all the agreements stated here and recognize violating any of these agreements could result in being removed from D-Sola school without refund.
I am coming into D-Sola school with a committed, willing readiness to learn, grow and be taught life-transformative skills.
I am devoted to regular involvement and participation in practices between learning sessions.
